1. Who is responsible

Elite Forex Trade Pro is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@eliteforextradepro.com for any privacy question, including a request to exercise your rights.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect various types of information from and about users of our website, including:

  • Personal & Identity Information — name, address, date of birth, nationality, email address, phone number, and the identity document you upload for verification.
  • Financial Information — investment preferences, financial goals, and service payments (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Transaction Information — details about your investments and trading activity with Prime Pips Trades.
  • Account & Technical Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and log records of sign-ins and dashboard activity.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • Providing services: To create and operate your account, provide the service you subscribed to, and customize our services to meet your preferences (performance of a contract).
  • Communication: To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and investment opportunities.
  • Security & Integrity: To secure the platform, detect fraud, investigate abuse, and ensure the integrity of our systems (legitimate interests).
  • Legal Compliance: To verify identity and meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements (legal obligation).
  • Marketing: To send marketing updates based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Information Sharing

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

  • Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, hosting, email, and analytics.
  • Identity verification and anti-fraud providers, as well as payment processors handling your transactions.
  • Government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement in response to legal processes or as required by law.
  • Other third parties only with your explicit consent.

We do not sell personal data.

5. KYC & Account Verification

Users must complete their account verification including KYC in order to enjoy all the features of our platform and also be able to make withdrawals with ease.

For most regions, your KYC might not be approved automatically; you will have to pay a certain fee for processing your documents.

6. Account Dormancy & Blacklist

If your account stays dormant for more than three weeks, it will be blacklisted. You must maintain regular activity or log in to keep your account in good standing.

7. International Transfers

Some of our providers operate outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and we require equivalent security standards from every processor.

8. How Long We Keep It

Account and identity records are kept for the life of the account and then for the period required by anti-money-laundering law in our jurisdiction, typically five to seven years. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent, plus two years.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and logged.

However, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your information. Where a breach is likely to affect your rights we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay.

10. Your Rights

Subject to local law, you may ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete data we no longer need to keep;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • transfer your data to another provider in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Email support@eliteforextradepro.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. Optional analytics cookies are set only with your consent and help us understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the dashboard will not function correctly without the necessary ones.

12. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
